Laurentia Tan has clinched Singapore’s first Paralympic bronze Medal in an equestrian event.

That’s not all. She will be competing in another event tomorrow, 11 September, and it looks like she’ll be facing a tougher challenge than before.

From CNA article:

“Born with profound deafness and cerebral palsy, she will have to rely on her countless rehearsals when she performs to music in an individual freestyle equestrian event on Thursday.”

It’ll definitely be a crucial time when we need to show her our support. Go Laurentia!

There are also other Singaporeans Paralympians to look out for. Swimmer Theresa Goh will be competing on Friday, 12 September, in her pet event: the 100-metre freestyle.
